11 January 2020 – Great Migration Game – Birds move, or migrate, from one area to another in search of resources they need. But migration can be very difficult. In this game, the participants are the playing pieces and the area is a game board.

25 January 2020 – Coyote’s Cache – In this very high paced game that requires good reflexes and awareness, see if you have what it takes to be a coyote guarding its cache.

8 February 2020 – Bug Bingo – Can you get five in a row? Learn to identify common insects while matching up the right bugs to get bingo.

22 February 2020 – Have Seeds Will Travel – Plants want to send their seeds away to spread into new environments. In this activity participants will design their own method for how seeds will travel.

7 March 20202 – Spectacular Snake – Come learn about snakes while making your own take home paper chain snake.  Meet our corn snake up close and personal, or from a distance, whichever you prefer.

21 March 2020 – Every Tree for Itself – Try this activity to get an understanding of the conditions that trees need to live and grow. In the tree family, some must compete for their needs.

4 April 2020 – Birds & Worms – Camouflage is an important survival strategy in the animal kingdom. In this activity, participants will discover the value of protective coloration as they pretend to be birds in search of colored worms or bugs.
