Notary Public Services

The Cumberland County Public Library is pleased to offer free Notary Services to the community. Individuals needing items notarized can come to the library between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call (804) 492-5807 before heading to the library to make sure the notary is available.
