Access Video: Just for Kids — Enjoy TV shows like Arthur, Sesame Street, Odd Squad, SciGirls, and much more, including: read-along storybooks and learning videos to explore topics like reading, writing, math, arts and science.


Day by Day VA — Each day, this family literacy website suggests a new fun activity to help develop pre-reading skills in young children. It also provides parenting information and resources.

Magzter Library — Digital magazines are now available through the Library of Virginia via the Magzter Library app. Android and iOS users can download the app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store (please be sure to use the Magzter Library app not the standard Magzter app). Magzter can also be accessed in a browser at https://mgztr.co/libraryapp. To set up your account, click the Continue with Library Card link, enter your email address to receive an OTP (one-time pass) code and then select the Cumberland County Public Library and enter your Cumberland library card to start reading.
